Meme is on hold due to exhaustion. I spent the day doing school, running errands, dealing with mental health, and spending time with the technical husband and his (very nice) fiance. Things went well and I'd call the day a win, but I did it all on 3 hours of sleep and I am now in the weavy-drunk part of utter exhaustion. And tomorrow will be more of the same. So. Yeah. Tired. It's weirdly good to see him again, though. I'm glad he made it back from Iraq in one piece.

Closing on a nice note: today I willfully got lost, and I ended up on a road dipping down into a valley. All around were trees, trees, more trees, gorgeous and green and vibrant with not-quite-autumn life. The sky was that perfect blue with puffy white clouds, a cool not-quite-autumn breeze rustling gold-tinted leaves, the smell of the season everywhere. The mountains rose up ahead. And then I found myself, and it was just as good as being lost.
