You know, I was a dirty kid. I ate mud pies. I scraped my knees often enough to give me scars. I even caught hand-foot-and-mouth disease and no one knows how. But I have an excellent immune system. I fought off the swine flu twice - the first time, damn, I thought I was gonna die. But I didn't. I didn't even give it to anyone else, because I don't shed cells like a normal person. (No seriously, swab my cheek. I dare you.)

So why, WHY do I always get the Back To School Plague?!

Also I feel like shit because I was supposed to call Ally around noon and my phone company is run by dipshits so I wasn't able to and I don't know if she made her flight. :x Also, the technical husband and his fiance are visiting Friday/Saturday and I'm trying not to freak out about that. (But I'm fat and red-nosed and hairy and antisocial and SHE'S HIS FIANCE WHILE HE IS MARRIED TO ME. There is no world in which that is not awkward!)
