Her walk is a little...unusual, but her run is just amazing. My little runt Frootbat runs like that--we call it 'being in first gear'. And yeah those toy mousies are so simple, yet just...hours of entertainment. I watch mine play with theirs for like...forever. (Until Bo decides to be crafty and hide one in my shoe or something!)
In short: she's gorgeous and I am so glad YOU get to share a life with her. It was meant to be!
Her walk is definitely unusual, and when she runs she usually cants her hips to the right, but she's very clearly not in any pain and definitely able to go full-speed into whatever she wants. XD I am so happy to see her improving - when she got here, she had no muscle ANYWHERE on her body. Her legs looked sunken. She's already starting to fill out a bit, and I can see improvement in how she walks and in how long she can play. I'm so glad to find the mouse - she's just SO HAPPY with that thing.
I am so, so happy I get to share my life with her, too. It still seems so unreal, but I think I'm past expecting someone to take her away from me. The more improvement I see just from gaining muscle, the more optimistic I am about her spine. I won't know for sure until I have the money for an x-ray, though. *frets*
